All of our vehicles are checked with HPI (Hire Purchase Information), which is the foremost vehicle database agency in the UK. An HPI check will show whether a vehicle:

We supply an HPI Certificate to all who purchase one of our vehicles and can even do this at the inquiry stage, if requested to do so.
Mechanical Breakdown Insurance
Level of Cover MAX
Insured Components: only the components listed under the following headings, any item not specifically mentioned is not insured. Please note that this policy does not cover failure due to Wear and Tear.
Engine:
The rocker assembly, including hydraulic followers, inlet and exhaust valves (except Carbonised, burnt, pitted and sticking valves), springs and guides, cylinder head (not cracks and decoking), cylinder head gasket (except skim), push rods, camshaft and followers, timing gears and chains (excluding tensioner), oil pump, pistons and rings, cylinder bores, con rods, gudgeon pins and bearings, crankshaft and bearings, inlet manifold, flywheel and ring gear.
Timing Belt:
If the timing belt has been changed in accordance with the time/mileage requirements specified by the manufacturer (receipt required) it will be covered against mechanical breakdown.
Manual gearbox:
The following parts contained within the transmission casing:- Internal gears, synchromesh hubs, selectors, shafts, bearings and bushes and transfer gears. Excluding external linkages and gear lever.
Automatic gearbox:
The following parts contained within the transmission casing:- Internal shafts, gears, clutches, brake bands, valve block, governor, oil pump, bearings and bushes and servo, drive plate and transfer gears. Excluding Electronic Control Unit.
Torque converter:
Failure of any internal mechanical parts.
Continuously variable transmission CTX:
Internal clutches, planetary gears, reduction gears, shafts, variable pulleys, thrust link drives, internal seals, bushes and bearings.
Differential:
Internal crown wheel and pinion, gears, shafts, bearings and bushes, thrust washers and spacers.
Clutch: (parts and labour).
Centre plate, pressure plate, release bearing, oil contamination (centre plate only) and master and slave cylinders. Excluding burnt out parts and general Wear and Tear
Front-wheel drive:
Drive shafts, including constant velocity joints, universal joints and couplings (not gaiters).
Wheel bearings:
Front and rear wheel bearings
Propshaft:
Universal joints and couplings
Rear-wheel drive:
Half shafts, rear-wheel external drive shafts, including constant velocity joints, universal joints and couplings (not gaiters).
Fuel system: (diesel and petrol)
Carburettor, automatic choke, lift pump, mechanical or electrical fuel pumps and tank sender unit. Excluding: Breakdown as a result of contamination or failure to meet current emission legislation.
Fuel injection system:
Throttle body, airflow meter, idle control valve, cold start valve, warm upregulator, overrun cut off valve, throttle potentiometer, fuel accumulator, pressure regulator, map sensor (excluding injectors and heater plugs). Excluding: Breakdown as a result of contamination or failure to meet current emission legislation.
